Ritika Khakhra leads marketing and communications at Abbey Road Institute Mumbai, driving the Institute’s visibility among aspiring music professionals. She develops and executes digital campaigns, social media strategy, email marketing, and website content, setting clear targets and monitoring performance.
Alongside her work at Abbey Road Institute Mumbai, Ritika also manages Bay Owl Studios’ marketing presence. She leverages trends and audience insights to craft engaging campaigns across platforms, and maintains strong relationships with recruitment agents, schools and colleges to support student outreach.
Within the Institute, she collaborates closely with academic and creative teams to produce promotional materials, update the CRM-driven enquiry system and analyse recruitment data. Ritika also represents ARI Mumbai at career fairs, guest-lectures and industry events, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for excellence.
