Your data when contacting us via our website

Your data you submit when applying to study with us
When making an application to study with us we will ask for some detailed information from you to assess your eligibility for the course.

This generally includes your name, contact details, date of birth, nationality, level of English (where appropriate), educational and work background, and intended location and course of study.

The information we request from you is for the sole purpose of assessing that you meet the course entry requirements and will not be shared with any third parties. If you need to change or update any of the information submitted to us please contact us directly and we will update our records.

Eventbrite
When you book a ticket for an open day on our Eventbrite page, you agree that we can send you information via email and newsletter. If you wish to update your preferences about which communications you will receive, please go to our communication preferences page.

Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp to send out newsletters regularly. You can choose to opt-in or to opt-out of receiving these newsletters when you fill out any of the forms on our website by selecting ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ under the tick box called ‘Newsletter’. If you no longer want to receive these newsletters please select unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter or email us directly at mumbai@abbeyroadinstitute.com.

Right to inspect and correct or delete your data
You have the right to request access to and correct or delete any of your data. You can request this by emailing us directly on privacy@abbeyroadinstitute.com. To prevent abuse we will ask you a few questions to confirm you are who you say you are.
